Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leads, directs, and supervises reporting team members and/or contractors Includes, but is not limited to, decisions about or influence on staff selection, scheduling, development, discipline, compensation, performance and/or terminations Maintains strong working relationships with our vendors Attends industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provides feedback and information on market and creative trends Knowledge of the market and competitors, identifies and develops the company’s inventory product Estimates values according to knowledge of market price Relay information about new products and changes to important teams within the organization Analyze customer requirements and develop product promotions to drive sales Attend to customers’ needs effectively Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: Knowledge of product and service vendor sources Associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred or certification/licensing in a program of 18 months to 3 years duration in commercial work including purchasing and inventory management Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Time management and attention to detail with excellent organization skills Self-motivated Ability to travel: 20 – 30% Benefits you will enjoy: Comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug Plan, Disability Plan, Life insurance Plan 401K savings Plan Paid Holidays Personal Time off Employee Discounts
