Job description
You’ll assist in supporting Wireless Network testing activities Onsite. This may include, but not be limited to Supporting testing activities, troubleshooting devices, documentation, and reporting. This role requires 40 hours per week with 5 days per week in the Denver (Colorado) office. It may be required to travel to other locations as
needed.
Responsibilities
- Work with the engineering team to conduct test activities on wireless products like Smart Phones, Tablets and connected cars using 4G/ 5G /Wi-Fi technologies.
- Experience in using QXDM, QCAT, XCAL, Wireshark and other log capturing / analysis tools
- Responsible to conduct testing as per test plans and report bugs / issues identified
- Assist in documenting test results and logs management.
- Assist with drive testing and provides support to other team members.
- Assist in reporting issues and observations during the activity.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with a very steep learning curve.
Qualifications
- Degree (in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related engineering fields)
- Desire to learn about various business/enterprise applications and tools.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to comfortably work within an Android, iOS, Linux and Windows 10 operating system environment.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments, manage strict timelines and adhere to deadlines.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently and in a team environment with little supervision.
- Professional experience preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
