The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current customers, ensuring they remain informed and up to date on their vehicle's maintenance needs, software updates, or recall notifications. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to provide a seamless experience that fosters trust and loyalty.
Job is salary pay plus commission.
Job Duties:
- Customer Outreach: Contact customers via phone, email, or text to remind them of upcoming or overdue maintenance, available software updates, and recalls affecting their vehicles.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, answer their questions, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling Appointments: Assist customers in scheduling service appointments at their convenience, ensuring minimal disruption to their daily routines.
- Record Keeping: Update customer records in the CRM system with accurate information about outreach efforts, responses, and scheduled appointments.
- Education and Assistance: Explain the importance of regular maintenance, software updates, and addressing recalls to enhance vehicle performance, safety, and value.
- Problem Resolution: Work with the service team to resolve any scheduling conflicts, part availability issues, or other customer concerns.
- Follow-Up: Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for process improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to connect with customers, actively listen, and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and track follow-ups effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, software updates, and recalls (training provided).
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address customer needs or potential challenges.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling software is preferred.
