Quirk Chevrolet in Manchester is happy to announce that we currently have an exciting opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group! We are currently looking to fill the position of a Deal Expeditor. This individual should be someone who is inspired and self-motivated and who has a strong desire and passion to succeed. If this is you, then we want to speak with you regarding a career in automotive sales.
Job Duties:
- Submitting deals to the banks, break down deals
- Ensure accuracy and Authenticity of every transaction
- Signing up customer digitally, docu-sign customers
- Answering incoming calls, follow up calls w/customers on missing documentation
- Work on trouble deals
- Obtain insurance binders
- Helping w/overflow customers in the sales process
- Follow up with finance lender for finalized funding of transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to multitask.
- Work well in fast pace environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
- Advance skill with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends
- Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent.
