We are seeking a Client Services Clerk for this in-office position who is ready to handle a challenging and rewarding career. This is an immediate opening that we are looking to fill very quickly.
The Client Services Clerk is an integral member of our firm and is responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly. This position meets with clients, handles document drop off, handles cash and card payments, and prepares documents. It is a fast paced position that requires attention to detail. Our firm has a team culture, and we take the development of all staff members seriously. You must be a team player and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

The administrative assistant must be able to work effectively with all team members to ensure that the job is done right the first time. We deal with sensitive material and confidentiality is a must.

Requirements
To be considered for the position, the candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Able to think on your own and creatively problem solve to come up with solutions
- Detail oriented
