Requirements

• DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Dedication to Excellence: Demonstrate a passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.

• Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans: Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans, ensuring seamless and comprehensive coverage for patients.

Physical Requirements

• Essential Duties Performance: Demonstrate ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
