Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective math lessons to middle school students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Stay current with advancements in math education and integrate real-world applications into the curriculum.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and maintain open communication with parents/guardians.
- Supervise and support student activities, such as math clubs and competitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
