We are seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team and grow our presence in the HORECA sector by introducing our unique gelato offerings to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the HORECA industry (hotels, fine dining restaurants, cafés, caterers, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and procurement teams.
- Present and promote both Quore Gelato (liquor-infused options) and Gelato E Macchiato (classic artisan gelato) to potential clients.
- Account Management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Regularly visit accounts to showcase new flavors, seasonal offerings, and promotional items.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, or feedback, and provide exceptional service.
- Product Expertise:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our gelato lines, including flavor profiles, ingredient quality, and production processes.
- Educate clients on how our products can enhance their menus and align with their brand.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and emerging opportunities in the foodservice industry.
- Provide input on pricing, promotions, and sales strategies based on market dynamics and customer feedback.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Track sales performance, account growth, and client acquisition metrics.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the foodservice, hospitality, or wholesale industry (HORECA experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of luxury food products and premium market positioning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
