Your Role:
As our Corporate Operations Manager, you’ll provide operational, analytical, and task force support to help ensure our properties run smoothly. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Aggregate and disseminate KPIs for the portfolio, providing insights to key stakeholders.
- Analyze various data points to identify trends and enhance property performance.
- Support new property acquisitions, assisting in task force operations during onboarding.
- Train and implement new vendor and technology platforms.
- Participate in the vetting and rollout of systems and ensure their successful adoption.
- Attend operations meetings and support the Corporate Operations team as needed.
- Maintain records for risk management, capital projects, and compliance tracking.
- Track compliance for training, certifications, and brand deliverables.
- Assist in creating presentations and preparing reports for leadership.
- Provide task force support and assist with special projects across the portfolio.
- Organize catering for monthly luncheons and assist with meeting coordination.
- Prepare and submit invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of hotel operations experience is required.
- Experience as Assistant General Manager or task force preferred.
- Exposure across multiple hotels and brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG, is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is a plus.
- Must be proficient with Windows operating systems and PMS/POS systems. Hotel Effectiveness and/or Profit Sword is a plus.
- Experience with system implementation and delivering end-user training is preferred.
- Ability to analyze reports such as STAR, P&Ls, and guest satisfaction surveys.
- Must have valid driver’s license for applicable state and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
