Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our Sales Internship Program (Quorum Sales Academy) as Intern Sales Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of software sales and contribute to the growth of our organization. As an Intern Sales Associate, you will work closely with our experienced sales team, learning key skills and techniques while supporting various aspects of the sales process.

The 12-week Sales Academy Internship Program provides a comprehensive foundation in sales, focuses on developing essential skills, and offers specialized training to prepare participants for success in various sales roles. Continuous learning, mentorship, and practical exercises ensure a well-rounded and immersive experience for all participants.

The Job (Responsibilities)

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in finding new opportunities and preparing and delivering presentations to clients.
  • Communicate with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.
  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) database (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with team members to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Use automation tools to identify and contact potential new customers.
  • Participate in training sessions to obtain product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Participate in training program to develop sales skills, product, and market knowledge.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  • Other sales-related duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in (or recent graduate with) a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong preference for students in a Professional Sales Concentration or similar program.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Adaptability: Able to adjust to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech Savvy:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Sales Aptitude:Demonstrated interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in the field.
  • Time Management:Effective organizational and time management skills.

Additional Details

  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification, and passport/ID validation.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
