The Job (Responsibilities)
- Assist in identifying potential clients and market opportunities.
- Support the sales team in finding new opportunities and preparing and delivering presentations to clients.
- Communicate with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) database (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with team members to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Use automation tools to identify and contact potential new customers.
- Participate in training sessions to obtain product knowledge and sales skills.
- Participate in training program to develop sales skills, product, and market knowledge.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Other sales-related duties as assigned.
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in (or recent graduate with) a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong preference for students in a Professional Sales Concentration or similar program.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated.
- Adaptability: Able to adjust to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Analytical Skills: Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Tech Savvy:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
