WHAT DOES OUR RESTAURANT BAR SUPERVISOR NEED?
- 3 years of serving, bartending, or casual fine dining restaurant experience
- TABC license
- Mixology skills
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As our Restaurant Bar Supervisor, you drive guest satisfaction, support an uplifting environment, and empower your bartending team to excel! You're actively involved in the daily operations while developing new strategies and implementing new policies to enhance efficiency and guide our future growth. Overseeing administrative, personnel, purchasing, and other management functions, you ensure all aspects of our business are properly handled.
Daily Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Quotes policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment where every guest feels welcome
- Personally greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Quickly address problems and resolve POS issues
- Model "people first" service and inspire your team to maintain a respectful and collaborative culture
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are thoroughly completed and all cleaning and food safety processes are followed
- Maintain an organized bar environment and keep equipment functional
- Recognize employee contributions and assist staff
- Jump in to cover open positions as needed
General Management Duties
- Onboard and train new employees
- Design and execute effective new training plans to meet bartending staff needs
- Conduct weekly management meetings to facilitate open discussion among team members
- Assess daily operations, identify weak areas, and implement improvement strategies
- Analyze menu prices, research the cost of items, and make adjustments to improve profits
- Develop and execute engaging marketing strategies
- Create and oversee environmental management and sustainability programs
- Manage event bookings and oversee our catering services
