This role is crucial in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across all business functions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted member of the leadership team, capable of managing cross-functional projects and improving operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted member of the leadership team, capable of managing cross-functional projects and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Assist the site leader in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve site goals. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the site leader, including planning meetings, preparing reports, and following up on actions. May represent the Site Head in some meetings.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements in workflows and work with department heads and the leadership team to implement solutions to enhance site efficiency. Identify challenges and help develop solutions and support change management processes.
- Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a scientific service business.
- Proven experience in managing projects or change initiatives and leading a cross-functional team, preferably within a scientific service industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and can demonstrate data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
