">We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing HR and EHS policies, procedures, and programs for the facility.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and enhance operational efficiency. ">
- E nsure compliance with governmental HR-related requirements, such as EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and worker compensation laws. ">
- Foster a safety-first culture by leading safety initiatives and promoting continuous improvement. ">
- E nsure health, safety, and environmental practices at the site are aligned with regulatory requirements and corporate standards. ">
- Lead the performance management process and support supervisors in employee development. ">
Required Qualifications:
">- ">
- Bachelor's Degree required. ">
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, including a minimum of three years in conflict/emergency locations. ">
- At least 5 years of experience supporting mill/plant-wide EHS initiatives. ">
- Hazmat operator's certification (40 hours) and First Aid are a plus. ">
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred. ">
- MS Office Suite Experience; HRIS system experience. ">
