Job Overview
Quovis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and implementing both human resources and environmental, health & safety policies, procedures, and programs for the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement human resources and EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
- Develop manpower plans and support workforce development.
- Lead recruitment processes for plant-level positions and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Act as an impartial mediator in disciplinary procedures and employee relations issues.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs.
- Lead performance management processes and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting mill/plant-wide EHS initiatives.
- Hazmat operator's certification (40 hours) and First Aid are a plus.
- MS Office Suite Experience; HRIS system experience.
