What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sourcing Specialist position at Qurate Retail Group?

The Opportunity
The Sourcing Specialist will implement and advise on vendor strategies using a vendor matrix to support Product Development and Buying strategies (including vendor allocation, vendor rationalization and SKU rationalization).
