What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mill Operator position at Qure Medical?
We are looking for a Mill Operator to join our team! This position will work from 4:45 am to 1:00 pm. We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus (payable quarterly).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates milling equipment.
- Monitors the mixing process to ensure the optimal process is maintained to produce the highest quality part and mixing expectations are met.
- Monitors assigned areas for any safety issues that may arise.
- Reports any barriers that may jeopardize Safety, Quality, and/or Production.
- Troubleshoots milling and mixing issues as necessary to meet expectations.
- Exhibits good housekeeping at all times.

Qualifications:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must maintain current forklift license.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
