Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering fire fighting and fire alarm installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all works meet contractual obligations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning : Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Review contract requirements and ensure all deliverables align with client expectations.
• Team Management : Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams to achieve project objectives. Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Material Management : Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment as per project needs. Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordination and Communication : Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project progress. Participate in project meetings and address concerns proactively.
• Progress Monitoring : Track project milestones and ensure adherence to approved schedules. Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to stakeholders.
• Compliance : Ensure installation works comply with NFPA standards, UAE Fire Code, and other relevant regulations. Address non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Handover : Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of systems to the client. Prepare project closeout documents, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and warranty certificates.
