The QuVa Pharma team is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our direct distribution team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of compounded pharmaceutical products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and package compounded pharmaceutical products for direct shipment, collaborating with the warehouse team for efficient fulfillment
- Manage inventory of released compounded products and packaging materials, maintaining accurate records and inspecting outgoing shipments
- Utilize carrier shipping software for label creation, package tracking, and scheduling pickups, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address shipping-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
- Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. throughout each shift
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, handhelds
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, receiving, or customer service
