RTV (Return to Vendor) Expeditor

The Opportunity You will be the primary contact between Merchandising, Vendors, and Distribution to expedite all RTV/RWK (Return to Vendor/Rework) merchandise back to the vendor promptly. Manage the RTV Age and RTV$ of each vendor to meet our goals. Manage and be individually responsible for $1-4 million of RTV inventory per expeditor and 200 vendors at any one time. This is a hybrid role - you will work from home 4 days per week and onsite in West Chester every Wednesday. You will report to the RTV Supervisor. Your Impact Manage RTV/RWK/VR inventory at multiple sites. Interaction with vendors to obtain the return authorization and shipping address for RTV/RWK inventory shipments. (Phone calls and E-mails) Communicate with Merchandising to resolve any issues regarding RTV Inventory. Support Distribution by preparing accurate paperwork on RTV shipments, work orders, and requests for information. Create shipments in WMS (Warehouse Management System) for all RTV shipments in WMS warehouses. Use WMS to research RTV inventory. Identify vendors who may like to have their products reworked and work with the Returns Planners to provide all needed information. Work with Accounts Payable to research a vendor's financial account and resolve/avoid debit situations. Resolve any items placed into RTV inventory using IBM/WMS. What You Bring High School Diploma required. College Degree preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience. Must have customer service background. Knowledge of Inventory Control, Returns, and Distribution Operations preferred include working knowledge of IBM/WMS. Excel (can perform complex functions). Use Access to analyze information and communicate with internal/external customers. Inventory management software experience.
