The Opportunity As a Team Member Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for Team Members who have questions about People policies and procedures. You will also perform important People processes as assigned. Team Member Services Associates are in charge of maintaining all team member contact information in the internal corporate database and answering team members' questions, educating them on Workday transactions and the knowledge management system, or referring them to another appropriate individual. On a daily basis, you will communicate with Team Members in person, by phone, and through the case management system to ensure that requests are resolved, and approve transactions in your Workday inbox daily. We Offer Open and trusted teamwork in which we value fun along the way Casual atmosphere that you will experience in our Florence, South Carolina Fulfillment Center reporting to a Team Member Service Manager Be a part of the Team with exposure to our global business and how we work across a variety of markets including, the US, UK, Germany, Italy, and France Your Impact Deliver Team Member Service support to Team Members Liaison between the Team Members and other departments Achieve performance measures and follow established customer service standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Provide information and resolution to issues through in-person interactions, providing high-quality team member support Follow established procedures during shift.
