  • The Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Optimization Lead is a strategic role focused on driving long-term customer growth, engagement, and profitability. You'll lead the development of data-driven strategies to enhance retention and customer lifetime value, while serving as an important partner to product, content, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
  • A critical aspect of this role blends product marketing with customer strategy—shaping go-to-market (GTM) plans, optimizing value propositions, and building test-and-learn models that directly influence audience behavior and outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience with the customer, and the ability to bridge data and strategy.

Your Impact
  • Strategic CLV Execution
    • Design and implement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value across all stages of the customer journey.
    • Collaborate with teams to enhance product experiences, define new monetization strategies, and guide long-term vision through a customer-value lens.
    • Provide insights to senior leadership grounded in customer and data.
  • Customer Insights & Testing Frameworks
    • Develop test-and-learn models to evaluate product and content performance, optimizing around messaging, price sensitivity, feature engagement, and retention.
    • Use predictive modeling and segmentation to refine value propositions and implement personalized strategies to high-value customer segments.
  • Collaboration & Performance Optimization
    • Partner with paid media, growth, and retention teams to ensure high-Return on investment targeting of valuable audiences.
    • Collaborate with data science teams to create models that inform long-term retention and customer development.
    • Respond to shifts in behavior, market conditions, and platform performance by staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Analytics, Measurement and Insights
    • Analyze performance across important CLV and product marketing metrics—developing automated reporting.
    • Translate business signals into strategic actions, building feedback loops between customers, content, and commerce.
What You Bring
  • You have experience executing data-driven strategies that grow customer lifetime value and unlock commercial growth.
  • You have a background in product marketing, content strategy, or customer strategy—ideally within digital commerce or consumer-facing industries.
  • Deep analytical capability—comfortable with predictive modeling, behavioral analytics, and segmentation.
  • Strategic vision with the ability to operationalize insights into customer-facing solutions, GTM strategies, and retention plays.
Superpower Qualifications although not required
  • You have 8 years of experience in customer strategy, product marketing, or digital commerce.
  • You have experience with lifecycle marketing, GTM strategy, product launches, or CLV-focused roles.
  • Background working with data science, predictive analytics, or customer segmentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. MBA preferred.
