WHAT IS QVINCI LOOKING FOR?

  • An entrepreneurial performance marketing executive who understands that the number one goal of marketing is to define, meet, and exceed the weekly, monthly, and yearly business plan when it comes to ARR generated from SQO and SAO demand generation.
  • This candidate must be able to review all current marketing processes and procedures and establish and implement best practices across the marketing team.
  • We are looking for a candidate that has executed this performance marketing strategy themselves, not someone who has farmed the actual execution to third party contractors.
  • Expert at using Salesforce campaign management, lead nurturing, and reporting.
  • Qvinci has three people on its marketing team today.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO PROVE TO QVINCI?

  • A track record of consistently
    • Exceeding MQL, SQO, and SAO generation quotas
    • Implementing, using, and managing Salesforce for campaign management, lead nurturing, and reporting.
    • Managing and enforcing marketing processes and best practices for smaller transactional sales like current Qvinci customers Baker Tilly, Rehmann, Ontario Teachers Association, Equality California, Carta Healthcare, etc.
    • Managing and enforcing marketing processes and best practices for enterprise sales like current Qvinci customers Neighborly, Tropical Smoothie Café, Authority Brands, Driven Brands, BDO, Roark Capital, PostNet, Service Master, etc.
    • Understanding how to accelerate the MQL, SQO and SAO marketing process for a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.
    • The variable compensation plan will be based on the number of and ARR associated with SQOs delivered to sales with stretch based on the number of and ARR associated with SAOs.
WHAT KIND OF MINIMUM PAST EXPERIENCE DOES QVINCI NEED?

  • Past MQL, SQO and SAO Demand Generation Marketing Experience
    • 5 years’ experience in MQL, SQO and SAO generation marketing of SaaS B2B solutions (financial reporting and business intelligence type solutions a huge plus) selling to Vice President and C-Suite decision makers.
    • Proven Winner: 5 years of exceeding production (quota) targets.
    • 5 years of managing MQL, SQO and SAO generation marketing teams.
  • Role-specific Qualifications: Expert level experience a big plus in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Understanding of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
    • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Scheduling Software, Jira, Confluence
    • Creative side with experience using state-of-the-art tools to build and deploy marketing and sales collaterals.
  • Other Experiences
    • Lead Gen - Skilled at building productive referring relationships (3rd party vendors, customers, etc.).
    • Strong organization and time management skills are a must.
    • Master’s degree in business- or business-related is preferred.
WHAT WILL YOUR PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BE AT QVINCI?

  • Create MQLs to turn into SQOs and then to SAOs.
  • Manage and develop leads through Salesforce (expert level).
  • Effectively coach and motivate the marketing team to achieve their goals.
  • Become an “expert” in conveying the value of Qvinci’s solutions.
  • Outline and manage marketing budgets and management reporting.
  • Set and achieve marketing, pipeline, and activity goals.
  • Monitor the market, competitor products, and their activities.
  • Manage teams, budgets, and external agencies to execute campaigns that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Scale the company’s reach and revenue by effectively attracting and converting leads into loyal customers.
