Job Overview :
The Executive Director will function as the CEO of an individual clinic within a high-growth environment, playing a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care delivery while overseeing the management team. This position entails ownership of P&L, guiding and developing the leadership team, and collaborating with finance to design and operate a budget, including hiring plans to meet operational goals. Additionally, the Executive Director will work with marketing and enrollment to attract new participants. Responsibilities include monitoring care quality and ensuring staff adherence to regulations, policies, and best practices, with a focus on addressing any identified concerns. Building strong relationships with key external stakeholderssuch as community service providers, regulators, and legislatorsis essential for success in this role. The Executive Director will also ensure compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and local regulatory and licensing standards, including passing necessary audits. Participation in strategic planning and initiatives to refine and share operational best practices across programs will be key responsibilities, driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall effectiveness of services. Other duties as assigned.
