Position Available: Project Coordinator
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an essential role in our continued success at a company that prides itself on integrity, professionalism, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with the project team to understand their needs
- Manage and maintain filing systems and project documentation
- Process accounts payable and invoicing
- Compile and track project documents, ensuring their completeness and accuracy
- Monitor the status of executed documents and follow up as needed
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic job files
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Management Department
- Assist with daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and reviews
- Previous construction administrative experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing needs
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and meet company’s insurance requirements for driving
- Full-Time
- Pay: DOE (Dependent on Experience)
