Pride, Grit, & Own It: Assistant Project Manager Position Available
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our team in estimating, bidding, negotiating projects, and contract administration.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, including subcontracts, submittals, and document tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort learning proprietary and internet-based software used for federal and agency clients is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project setup, including job files, contract administration, and coordination with accounting.
- Support excavation and underground utility installation within heavy civil construction.
- Solicit and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- E nsure project compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications, and government regulations.
- Provide technical and administrative support to project team members.
- Compile data and documentation for plans, work orders, and project reports.
- Assist in managing HCSS or other bidding software.

Benefits:
- Full-time Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (dependent on experience)
