Civil Construction Site Superintendent (Athletic Facilities)

R.A.D. Sports is seeking a Civil Construction Site Superintendent to join our growing team.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidate is someone who likes the challenge of orchestrating on site project logistics. An experienced individual who is able to perform on projects ranging from ground clearing, earthwork, utilities to punch list. We are anticipating an exciting year ahead of us and are looking to find a candidate who will complement our hardworking and dedicated team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage a 5 - 10 person crew.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project scope.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Communicate with leadership, Project Managers, Surveyors, etc.
• GPS and Total Station knowledge a plus.

Qualifications:

• Employment is subject to a pre-employment physical, drug screening and CORI check.
• 8 years of experience in heavy, civil or utility construction.
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• OSHA 10 Card.
• Hoisting Engineer License or ability to obtain.
