CNC Machine Operator

Overview
We are seeking motivated to work and learn CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to fabricate precision parts and components. This role requires no prior knowledge or skill of CNC operations and machine shop work. The CNC Operator will work in a factory setting, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and standards. Our shop has been in business going on 29 years now with experienced machinists as we continue to grow and expand our production with new machines and equipment.

Duties

• Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to fabricate components according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform quality control checks using tools such as micrometers to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Handle materials appropriately, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products using forklifts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Other tasks around the shop to help production of parts such as sandblasting, masking, and taping parts

Skills

• No prior knowledge or work history in the industry is needed we will teach you everything you need to know to preform the tasks we give you.
• Ability to perform materials handling tasks safely and efficiently within a warehouse environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for maintaining high-quality standards in production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
