Restaurant District Manager

In this role, you will oversee the operations of several high-performing quick-service restaurants known for their classic American comfort food and drive-through convenience. You’ll work closely with general managers and team members to ensure that each location meets its goals for quality, speed, and profitability while delivering a consistent, outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a group of restaurant managers to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all locations.
• Implement and maintain operational standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service speed.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to ensure consistent leadership at every location.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual dining.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational performance and achieving financial goals.
• Knowledge of drive-through operations and customer service excellence.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
