PRODUCT CATALOG COORDINATOR
The PRODUCT CATALOG COORDINATOR works closely with the Product Catalog Director on everything involving the development of specific client website product catalog development, new client website onboarding and blog writing for all clients. The PRODUCT CATALOG COORDINATOR is expected to complete tasks on the deadlines they are assigned and to follow best practices of development of the requirements of those said tasks.
The PRODUCT CATALOG COORDINATOR must be well organized and have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Experience in database development, excel/Google sheets and online research are needed but not mandated.
Reports to the Product Catalog Director
Responsibilities
- Building out the product catalog database based on assignments.
- Ensure that all product information is complete, accurate, consistent, and adheres to company standards before submitting.
- Work closely with the Product Catalog Director to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the catalog management system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to product catalog management.
Expectations
- Completing tasks on time based on assigned due date and completing changes for items due within 24 hours as a #1 priority.
- Establish a great collaborative working environment with the Product Catalog Director and senior management to ensure projects are completed on time.
- When issues arise with timing or workload notifying the correct personnel to problem solve.
Examples of Tasks
- Completing product worksheets to an efficiency of 15 products per hour of work.
- Filling in gaps of products with master catalog buildouts of major brands based on assignments.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using catalog management systems or software tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach towards identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Knowledge of product information management (PIM) systems is a plus

Job Pay & Benefits:
- $18-$23 per hour based on experience and skill level with 15-20 guaranteed hours per week.
- Option to be promoted to full time work if needed.
- 21 days of paid vacation after 90 days of employment.
- $300 Cell Phone Allowance awarded annually.
- 100% Remote Working
