What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Mitigation Technician position at R and D Drywall Inc?
Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water and mold damage. Effectively clean and restore various surfaces and materials. Will be on call 24 hours a day. More info will be discussed once interview is scheduled.
Duties
- Perform water damage restoration, including extraction and drying of affected areas.
- Assessing damage and implementing appropriate cleaning techniques.
- Execute mold remediation processes to ensure safe environments for clients
- Clean carpets and other surfaces using industry-standard methods and equipment.
- Build and restore structures as needed to return properties to their original state.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restoration services such as water damage restoration and mold remediation
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Certification in restoration is required
Pay will be based upon skill level.
