Position Overview: As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in our operations. This in-office position is the heartbeat of our trucking company, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, keeping trucks on schedule, and minimizing inefficiencies. You’ll manage both new and existing freight lanes, dispatch trucks, and monitor weekly performance to minimize deadhead miles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new freight lanes to support company growth.
- Manage existing lanes, maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Dispatch trucks daily, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient routes.
- Monitor weekly truck performance, minimizing deadhead and maximizing productivity.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and stakeholders to address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in logistics, dispatching, or freight management is a plus.
