Residential Window Cleaning Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various residential settings. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while working at heights and using specialized equipment.

Duties

• Perform window cleaning services for residential housing ensuring all glass surfaces are spotless and streak-free.
• Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high windows and hard-to-reach areas.
• Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.

Skills

• Experience with custodial duties, particularly in residential cleaning environments.
• Proficiency in using scissor lifts and other height-access equipment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
