R.C. Worst & Company, a family-owned business specializing in water and wastewater pumping systems since 1953, is seeking a Branch Manager for our Idaho Falls location.
As a Branch Manager you will oversee daily operations and be accountable for branch performance.
Responsibilities
The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
- Idaho Falls branch location development, including growing sales, managing staff, and overseeing general operations.
- Business and client development through relationship sales.
- Daily telephone and face-to-face contact with engineers, contractors, and septic installers.
- Outside sales and project development
- Product delivery and support
- Project support and startup services
- Quote, order, and invoicing
Expectations
- Maintain free flow of communication with upper management and staff.
- Complete real-time documentation of activities using Solve360, Google Drive, and other resources.
- Complete company training curriculum within 6 months of employment (Schoox).
- 45 hours per week engaged in company activities
- Meet revenue growth targets.
- Utilize sales and organizational tools as intended (Google Drive, Solve360, Google MyMaps, Google Hangouts).

Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial self starter that does not require significant hand holding
- Strong computer skills (Windows)
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Good grammar/articulation
- Technical aptitude
- Commitment to long-term employment
- High school diploma/GED
Prior managerial and/or related experience and a commitment to continuing education are required. Pump knowledge or experience is not necessary.
Our company operates in a near paperless environment and relies heavily on technology, including Google Suite and Solve360 CRM.
