We are looking for a skilled Automotive Manufacturing Coordinator to join our 2nd shift team at Röchling Automotive's Duncan, SC facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, and monitoring and improving material management, scrap reduction, and labor productivity.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands
- Improve factory performance in material management, scrap reduction, and labor productivity
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of experience in operations management or supply chain functional management
- Strong understanding of business finance and economic impact of operational decisions
