We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to lead our 2nd shift production team at our Duncan, SC location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, meeting customer quality expectations, and driving operational excellence.

  • Lead a cross-functional team to achieve factory unit goals and objectives
  • Implement and maintain safety procedures and protocols
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve material management, scrap reduction, and labor efficiency
