Shift Leader Warehouse
Where we need you
- Shift lead coordinates all activities in the warehouse and shipping office.
- Responsible for planning personnel schedule of daily duties, including planning of vacations
- Manages logistical receiving of material from suppliers (receiving does that), plant and customer
- In charge of correctly supplying plant with requested material and dunnage in a timely manner
- Supervises material flow processes of unloading, put into location, picking/staging and loading with help of WMS
- Backup and support warehouse manager
- Controls shipping documents
- Help to control correct inventory / WMS
- Keeps the log book
- Team leading
- Can work in different shifts
- Communication with customers, plant supervisors and customer service
- Coordinates and enforces projects
- Active 5S supporter

- Knowledge of customer specific requirements (CSR) necessary through advanced training, or work experience or a combination of the two.
Work Experience Requirements
- Experience in SAP R3 MM, SD and WMS, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Worked in warehouse for at least 5 years, preferred automotive business,
- Experience in leading a team
- Commitment, flexibility and motivation to work in a team
- High School diploma / GED
- Forklift driver license
