Specialist Spare Parts
Where we need you
- Maintain 5s in parts Cage
- Label/relabel parts
- Add/change/delete article
- Refresh min/max stocks and prices
- Issue parts to employees
- Bookings for stock requisitions
- Monitoring stock levels
- Creation of Purchase Requests for spare parts
- Inventory control of spare parts
- Check and reject incorrect parts upon delivery
- Booking received goods in SAP
- Send damaged parts for repairs
- Participation in company wide inventories
- Research and comparison of Parts
- Other duties as needed
Work Experience Requirements
- Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Teams and Excel
- Experience working with inventory control
- Prior experience with spare parts preferred
- Technical Background preferred
- Ability to work overtime as determined by business needs
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift, stand, stoop, bend and maneuver in open and confined areas throughout entire shift
- High School diploma or G.E.D
