Local civil construction firm seeking runner/office assistant
* Duties would include but not be limited to*
Picking up and dropping off plans, checks, contracts and other documents
Preparing and delivering Bid Packages
Assist with plan room organization - printing, labeling, distribution, tracking of hard copy plans
Assist with job folder preparation
Assist with office inventory
Assist with foreman inquiries - billingual preferred
*Please note that this position can require lifting items up to 50 lbs at times*
*Preferred Qualifications*
Experienced in Adobe PDF or Similar
Experienced in Google Sheets/Excel
Experienced in Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Experience in project coordination and event planning is a plus
Familiarity with computerized office equipment
**Preference will be given to those with construction experience**

Competitive Pay and Monthly Phone and Vehicle Allowance
