Key Responsibilities
- User Support: Provide efficient first- and second-level support during assigned shifts.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, peripherals, A/V conference rooms, basic telephony, and networking.
- System Management:
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and other productivity applications.
- Utilize Remote Management & Monitoring (RMM) tools such as Intune, Kandji, ConnectWise, and Kaseya.
- Networking & Security: Manage wireless network setups (Cisco, SonicWall, Palo Alto, Meraki) and Anti-Virus applications.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain user self-help guides, technical references, and procedural documents.
- VIP Support: Deliver professional support to executives and VIPs.
- Availability & Travel: Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and travel up to 80% for scheduled client-site support.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an IT Help Desk or Desktop Support role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Windows 8/9/10/11 and Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2 (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, and wireless networking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/365 and Active Directory.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, with strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Other: Access to a personal vehicle for regional client visits.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
