The Injection Molding Technician is responsible for supporting various production and manufacturing
operations as assigned. This role exposes technicians to the Injection Molding process quickly to develop
and produce quality products in an efficient and safe manner.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities : to include, but are not limited to the following :
- Ensure the injection molding machines are set to the correct process parameters to produce
quality, acceptable parts for production.
Required Skills / Experience / Education :
The role of an automation technician is technical, requiring a strong grasp of different technologies, software and machinery. A high level of technical aptitude enables an automation technician to understand complex machinery and systems and work on improving them. Automation technicians must understand and process complex information quickly to identify any faults or inefficiencies in the automated systems. Communicating clearly, both orally and in writing, is invaluable in conveying information about the systems' status, the problems identified, and the measures taken to fix them. Automation technicians must creatively and effectively draw on their problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and rectify them quickly.
