Duties:
- Monitor and ensure that daily manufacturing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to the project management team.
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving on-site issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Business Management).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
Salary : $104,000 - $110,000
