- Main focus will be on tax compliance
- Be part of our leadership team, train, and develop staff
- Manage client work and relationships
- Review and/or prepare federal and state corporate & partnership income tax returns
- Review and/or prepare current and deferred income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740
- Assist with tax consulting and research, state and local, domestic and international matters common to our clients
- Minimum of 5-7 years of tax experience in public accounting, preferably in international tax compliance.
- Bachelors or Masters in Accountancy or Taxation, or similar program from an accredited college/university.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of income tax return review experience
- CPA license
- CCH Axcess experience
- ProSystem fx Engagement experience
- Foreign-owned US subsidiaries, typically from German-speaking countries
- Clients in many industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology & fashion
