Job description:
Responsible for chemical titrations, notifying and addressing any faults in the system, and overall maintenance of the E-coat system.
Regular hours 3PM-1:30AM - Training will be 12Noon-10:30PM for Month of December.
Responsibilities:
Controls the E-coat paint line processes with adequate guidance, direction and support. Hands on leader of daily maintenance and operation of the E-coat system.
Identifies and initiates action to prevent any non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system. Relays information to Operator follows up on solution implementation.
Oversees, coordinates and chooses effective and efficient application methods that are cost effective by reducing material usage.
Generate reports and completing data. Enter results from testing into Excel data sheets in order to track chemical usage and final quality results.
Ability to use information gathered from titrations to keep all relevant areas of the system in recommended range for operation.
Responsible for efficient operation of E-coat system as a whole.
Ensures accountability and compliance to procedures, functional performance and acceptability as to the customer’s specifications.
Knowledge of SDS sheets and corresponding PPE for any circumstance deemed necessary.
Is at all times in compliance with our company’s policies, work rules, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
Follows ISO and IATF requirements per standards.
Responsible for chemical inventory and notifying when new inventory should be purchased. Ensure adequate product is available for on-time shipment.
Requirements:
Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, teamwork, presentation, inter-personal and leadership skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Competent in high school mathematics.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools if necessary.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
