Job Overview
Review customer demand in order to contribute to the population of the Production and Shipping Schedules
Responsibilities:
Gather and log all incoming customer orders via portals, PO’s, and releases.
Ensure EDI information is accurately transmitted through ERP system, when applicable
Monitor customer portals for information and/or changes to production releases
Must monitor Customer Portals for Communications Regarding Issues / Changes / Requirements
Contribute to and/or maintain and update Production Schedule
Review and ensure Production Requirements materials for Customer Just-in-time Delivery
Report on any schedule delays or changes to appropriate team members/managers
Create and manage Work Orders and Sales Orders for Production requirements
Report on required shipment dates to relevant interested parties
Report any customer disruptions, corrective actions, and customer [scorecard] feedback to appropriate managers and QMS Manager

SP-200 Document & Record Control
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
