We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Handle phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Proofread documents for clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Utilize current systems for hiring and training.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents.
- Transcribe meeting notes and other documents as required.
- Assist with everyday tasks as needed by upper management.
- Provide general clerical support to team members as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in an construction industry is required .
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with phone systems and calendar management tools is essential.
- Experience with data entry, proofreading, and document management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Must be an outside of the box thinker.
