Job Title. r.e.m. beauty Brand Ambassador

Reporting to. Sales & Education Executive

Your Mission. Bring r.e.m. beauty to life within ULTA while growing sales and driving positive brand awareness

▪ Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
▪ Build and engage in professional and collaborative relationships with retail partners to help deliver sales results in assigned store(s).
▪ Build brand knowledge and awareness through mini-trainings with the ULTA team.
▪ Execute successful in-store events and launches.
▪ Ensure all product placements are displayed according to brand merchandising guidelines.
▪ Communicate in-store opportunities to Sales & Education Executive to maximize exposure and growth
▪ Secure incremental visual opportunities at door level: towers, tables, end caps, etc.
▪ Work directly with ULTA guests to determine their needs and demonstrate product accordingly, while educating on application techniques to ensure guest satisfaction.

Your Profile.

▪ Strong sales, makeup artistry, and service skills, minimum 2 years.
▪ Passion for the beauty industry & the r.e.m. beauty brand.
▪ Ability to bring Ariana Grande’s r.e.m. beauty to life via excellent customer service and artistry execution
▪ Minimum two years sales, artistry &/or training experience in the beauty space and preferably the ULTA environment.
▪ Proficient in and committed to driving positive brand awareness and sales goal achievement by determining and meeting the ULTA guests needs.
▪ Customized, welcoming, warm and inspirational approach to guest service.
▪ Positive, dynamic, can-do, team-player energy and attitude.
▪ A willingness to be flexible and agile in all areas of responsibility.
▪ A commitment to the highest level of excellence and professionalism in areas including but not limited to timeliness, communication, professional image, brand representation, and extension of kindness toward and respect for all individuals.

▪ Reliable means of transportation allowing travel within the market to multiple locations.
▪ Participate in creating a guest experience that aligns with r.e.m. beauty’s core values and customer service focused approach.
▪ Committed to work up to 20 hrs./week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
