As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Regional Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team and contribute to our mission of excellence in customer service and technology solutions.
Role Overview: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing our sales within the QSR industry with both corporate operations and franchisee groups in an assigned geographic territory. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement targeted sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet regional targets.
- Product Presentations & Proposals: Deliver compelling presentations, craft tailored sales proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
- Customer Support & Relationship Management: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and service teams to enhance sales efforts.
- Product Expertise: Stay updated on company products and industry advancements to provide informed solutions.

- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
