At R.F. Technologies, Inc., we’ve spent over 35 years delivering cutting-edge wireless drive-thru, surveillance, and audio solutions to some of the world’s most recognized Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) brands. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for rising sales talent to grow with us.
We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Manager with 2-5 years of experience in sales. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role with excellent opportunities to build relationships and advance your sales career.

- You will report directly to our Director of Sales and receive ongoing mentorship and development.
- You'll gain broad experience from account development to customer relationship management.
What You’ll Do
- Build New Business: Find and connect with potential QSR franchisee customers.
- Manage Existing Accounts: Keep relationships strong and grow revenue from existing customers.
- Tell Our Story: Present product solutions clearly and confidently—either in person or virtually.
- Stay in the Know: Learn about customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends to stay ahead.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with our service, and product teams to ensure great customer experiences.
- Track Progress: Maintain accurate pipeline updates and sales reports.
- This role is an individual contributor position, responsible for managing a U.S. territory.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and coachable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and ready to learn.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience working with franchisees or multi-unit operators.
- Familiarity with restaurant technology solutions.
- Previous exposure to the QSR or hospitality industry.
