This role is designed for someone who wants to learn the sales process from the inside out, support a high-performing team, and grow into a sales or customer-facing role over time.
About the Role
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Sales Team and report directly to the Director of Sales. You’ll handle essential support functions, such as quotes, CRM updates, and trade show planning, while gaining hands-on exposure to customer relationships, product solutions, and industry trends. This is an ideal position for someone looking to learn, grow, and eventually take on more responsibility.
What You’ll Do
- Generate customer quotes and manage sales order checklists.
- Create and maintain customer accounts in the ERP system.
- Regularly update our CRM and archive outdated quotes.
- Track project and installation progress in collaboration with our Field Operations team.
- Assist with trade show logistics, planning, and team scheduling.
- Prepare quarterly reports and customer communications.
- Conduct industry research on emerging QSR brands and market opportunities.
- Route non-sales inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Stay up to date on RFT’s products, services, and new technologies.
Who You Are
- 0–3 years of experience in a professional or customer-facing role
- Interested in a future career in sales, business development, or customer success.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and curious about how great sales organizations operate.
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
- Familiar with (or quick to learn) Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
