R&G Brenner Tax Accounting is seeking professional, organized, and reliable office assistants to help adjust our clients to remote business mobile app/website technologies, assist our tax professionals & general customer service. Full & part time positions currently available in Westchester, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Manhattan, as well as Nassau and Suffolk on Long Island.
We are looking for competent Office Assistants to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Office Assistant duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet generally assist all customers politely and professionally
- Ensuring all clients are setup & registered with their digital accounts
- Monitoring & directing incoming calls and email correspondence
- Schedule management, general office organization & tax professional assistance
- Available to work “in-office”; home high speed internet not required but a plus
- Data Entry
Required qualifications:
- Experience with phone applications
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with great interpersonal skills
- Professional work attire & good phone/video conferencing etiquette
- Ability to work & keep up in a fast paced environment
- Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking not required but a plus
